The Lead Decision Architect will provide strategic vision and oversight to the definition of a decision engine ecosystem, products, and delivery road-map that supports digital automation objectives. This person will drive application of industry leading decision engines for customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention; personalized customer service offerings; and seamless omni-channel integration. He/she will effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and lead research, analysis, and definition of process optimization opportunities to ensure achievement of business outcomes.
Alignment and prioritization of automation opportunities with strategic goals and organization, sequencing, and implementation oversight of digitally-driven process improvements will be key measurements of success for this role. Establishment and facilitation of governance for business process automation, re-engineering and process optimization opportunities will be key function for this role.
The ideal candidate will seek opportunities across enterprise, build a blueprint for automation, and leverage industry best practices to design solutions. He/she will ensure initiatives transition smoothly through the life-cycle of opportunity identification, planning, and benefits realization.
Strategic transformation leader with proven record of accomplishment in the delivery of tangible business outcomes. Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with Executive Management and articulate complex ideas in easily understood business terms. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to navigate, influence and negotiate across organizations. Interact effectively with stakeholders and executives across business and functional operations.

- Strong Marketing, Analytics, Technology skills
- Pega decision engine experience
- CRM, BPM strategy and planning experience
- Digital Process Automation experience
- Predictive Analytics including AI/Machine Learning
