The Brass Tacks
•Possess a working knowledge of the Front Desk, efficiently handling the check in and checkout processes according to The Heathman procedures and standards.
•Takes action to improve guest satisfaction through problem resolution.
•Be knowledgeable and proficient with The Heathman property management system, Opera.
•Know daily room rate, room types, hotel amenities, and local attractions, shops, and restaurants.
The Nitty Gritty
•Prior hospitality experience preferred
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills required
•Ability to park and retrieve guest vehicles.
