Tucked away in the charming Bavarian town of Leavenworth sits the enchanting Icicle Village Resort. Minutes away from the picturesque and bustling Front Street, this resort offers 160 guest accommodations including hotel rooms, suites, and condominiums. With the majestic Cascade mountain range as your backdrop, this property includes over 9,200 square feet of event space including an outdoor tented garden. Guests can also enjoy onsite dining at JJ Hills Fresh Grill, serving dinner seven days a week. THE BRASS TACKS Possesses a working knowledge of the spa front desk, efficiently handling the spa check-in and checkout processes according to hotel procedures and standards.  Be knowledgeable and proficient with the resort's spa software
Conduct adequate follow-up with both guest and fellow team members. 

Greet each guest with a warm and friendly welcome.

Answer phones, check guests in and out for services, schedule appointments, provide appointment reminders

Launder and restock linens, tidy up reception area, maintain steam room between visits, and light cleaning of general spa areas throughout the day

Attend periodic training on Eminence Organic products

Occasionally assist therapists in the change-over of treatment rooms

Complete Spa opening and closing procedures 


THE NITTY GRITTY High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in cash handling & computerized Point of Sale system strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required; bi-lingual skills preferred (English/Spanish).
