Columbia Association is seeking an experienced leader in growing our personal training program across a multi-club organization. Under the leadership of the Director of Personal Training, the Regional Personal Training Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operations and revenue goals of the Personal Training department, as well as collaborating with club management on continuous improvement of CA’s Personal Training program. This position will oversee the team of personal trainers at our three fitness clubs, manage trainer performance on a daily basis and maximize the revenue growth of the program, including increasing client leads, trainer knowledge and skill sets, as well as new program development.


This position is an integral part of the management team and will strive to fulfill the CA Brand Promise, Mission, Vision and Values. As part of this team, you will ensure a successful, safe, clean, functional and customer service-focused environment for our members, guests and clients. You, and your team, will inspire clients, members, guests, and team members through movement, community and personal attention, and encourage active, social, and healthier lives. You must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.


Requirements are at least three years experience working in a multi-recreational facility and a minimum of one year as an active Certified Personal Trainer.
Qualifications and Skills include having great experience in sales, customer service, and member relations.
Having proven experience hiring, supporting and retaining top performing Personal Trainers and having proven track record in leading teams to achieve revenue goals in a fast paced and competitive environment is preferred.


For education the candidate must possess and retain at least one NCCA Personal Training certification, must possess and retain Adult CPR/AED certification and a college degree; Bachelor’s in Exercise Science or related field is preferred.
