The Columbia Association Aquatics Department is looking for candidates who have a minimum of 3 years of aquatics experience or have been a Columbia Association Site Manager.  Applicants must have an active Ellis and Associates Guard License as well as a MD certified pool/spa operator’s license. 

We expect our Pool Managers to attend weekly manager meetings, be detail oriented and be able to create and maintain pool guard schedules. He/she is required to enforce the rules and regulations of an aquatic setting and be able to communicate the policies professionally to our guests.
