We are currently seeking to hire a Regional Operations Manager to join our Corporate Operations team.  This individual will be responsible for leading the operational efforts for multiple shopping malls and associated strip centers to maintain company standards and achieve established goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and support to field Operations personnel.
  • Assist with the formation and administration of individual property budgets.
  • Implement and evaluate various Service Contracts to ensure proper specifications are included and adhered to in order to best serve the property.
  • Provide support and guidance to each local Management Staff so that all Capital Projects are completed within time and budgetary parameters.  Review and inspect these projects to ensure they were completed properly and in accordance with the project specifications.
  • Learn and understand corporate and field policies and procedures in order to assist field personnel in operating the centers
  • Develop field Operations Management Staffs by providing leadership and training.
  • Working with local Operations Management to hire the appropriate personnel to enhance the overall Management Team at each center.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, facilities management, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Web/Internet/e-mail technologies and general computing technology. JD Edwards experience is a plus.
  • Ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, sites, as well as solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Good working knowledge of budgeting, accounting and financial analysis.
  • Overnight travel is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, tenants, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Strategic planning and thinking as well as the ability to work well under pressure
