 POSITION TITLE Cleaning Technician                 

PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT:   Cleaning Services                                                                              

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Cleaning Services Manager

Classification: PT  evening hours

 

 

POSITION SUMMARY:  Provide high quality cleaning services to our
contract by using supplies and equipment to perform consistent cleaning
services, comply with quality control program to fully meet customer
expectations. Day hours that may requires evenings and a few weekends.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Formal Education, Training & Background Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

1-year commercial cleaning experience

Experience operating and maintaining commercial power cleaning equipment

Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation

 

Preferred Formal Education, Training & Background Experience

Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Contract Cleaning experience with commercial buildings preferred.

 

Special Skills and Abilities

Ability to work cooperatively with others

Ability to demonstrate good judgment and initiative,leadership.

Ability to provide effective group and individual instruction

Ability to perform physical aspects of position

Ability to safely operate commercial power cleaning equipment.
