POSITION SUMMARY 

Enhance quality of life for people with developmental disabilities by performing direct care services in a residential setting; providing direction and assistance to direct care staff. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Required Formal Education, Training & Background Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Ability to perform all job functions in accordance with agency values

Essential Skills and Abilities

• Behavior Management Certification

• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
