Social Media Specialist

Alta Resources is looking for Social Media Specialists, at our call center, to support our client’s personal healthcare products. Use your knowledge & creative writing skills to assist our client’s customer service team. As an integral part of our social media team, you’ll flex your creative muscle to help consumers and influencers on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and other social platforms. As a Social Media Specialist, you will gain useful digital marketing & customer service experience to take your career to the next level.
Duties & Qualities
- Use various social media channels address the needs of our client’s customers
- Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
- Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Starting at $14.50/hr., up to $17.50/hr. based on experience
