We provide fire protection and life safety services for multi-location national accounts including retail, medical facilities and national financial institutions. Services we provide include maintenance, installation and repairs for fire sprinkler, fire alarm, back flow, fire extinguishers & emergency lights.
Job responsibilities include:
Coordinate and schedule fire protection repairs from our national clients with sub-contractors throughout the United States. This includes scheduling, tracking, and communicating with both the sub and the customer.
Manage job progress, typing estimates, locating and hiring new contractors when necessary.
Prime candidates will have experience in one of the following areas:
Call Center Dispatcher
Project Management (Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, Backflow, Hood Systems, Fire Alarm) or have worked for a Service Company.
Both written and verbal business to business correspondence
Key Qualifications Include:
Ability to work cross-functionally with operational staff, customer service staff and management
Outgoing & Personable Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Customer service (Business to Business)
Detail orientedand organized
Ability to maintain professional composure when under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills
Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong typing skills.
Experience in MS office, Word, Excel & Outlook
