Job Summary: 
Responsible for working in conjunction with Glo Fiber Sales Director and staff to develop, implement, and measure sales programs and initiatives in a timely manner. Programs are designed to meet/exceed subscriber and revenue projections in a competitive marketplace. Responsible for executing the company sales strategy in the sales region. Manages all aspects of the field direct sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction. Manages operational and financial controls in a cost-effective manner. Hires, coaches, and evaluates field sales personnel based on performance standards. Supports the ongoing continuous training of all Glo Fiber direct sales representatives.

Qualification Requirements:
a. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred or 10 years of equivalent work experience.
b. Experience Level: 5 or more years of sales management experience with direct door to door sales team is required.
c. Experience recruiting direct sales reps, onboarding those reps and managing a pool of applicants that will be successful in the direct sales model.
d. Experience with training sales representatives and support corporate sales training modules in train the trainer and online environments.
e. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas via managing by metrics, coaching, and performance management.
f. Licenses or Certifications: Valid drivers license, clean driving record preferred.

Knowledge of:
a. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
b. Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving specific sales goals.
c. Experience selling into business and residential end users, including multi-unit housing developments.
d. Strong organizational and time management skills.
