Part Time Office Clerk
We are looking for a positive, dependable self starter to join our team! This individual will complete a variety of clerical and administrative duties including, copying and filing electronic and physical documents, performing data entry work as well as provide back fill as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists multiple departments in filing duties
Operate office machines like personal computers, scanners, photocopiers, facsimile
machines and voice mail systemsRegularly adhere to business procedure guidelines
Provide backfill as needed
Perform data entry
Perform data gathering and research activities and provide reports or summaries of information collected
Taking and delivering messages
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
Hang information such as company policies and upcoming events around the office and production floor
Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma required
Data Entry Experience Preferred
Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal, organizational and
customer service skills requiredComputer literacy, Microsoft Office products required
Analytical, Results Oriented, Flexible, Bias for Action, Customer Intimacy, Process Oriented
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work to time constraints
