What we need…

An outgoing and professional Marketing Intern to help further strengthen COCC’s marketing efforts. This individual will directly work with Social Media platforms, websites and written communications.


What you’ll do…

  • Monitor COCC and competitor Social Media pages (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Craft creative Social Media posts
  • Analyze Social Media trend data
  • Create brochures and fliers for COCC clients and prospects
  • Professional written communications to clients and prospects
  • Website updates and postings
  • Monitor website traffic and trends
  • Create and proof read press releases
  • Assist in Trade Show initiatives


What you’ll bring…

  • Rising college senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or similar
  • Experience with Social Media - LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
  • Business and creative writing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with prospects, customers, third party partners, and all level of internal staff and management, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Neat appearance and adaptable, flexible and outgoing
  • Pride in high quality work
  • Ability to take initiative and perform independent research
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and Photoshop are a plus
