What we need…

We are looking to add a Configuration Analyst to support our highly innovative banking technology. This person will be tasked with providing internal support to clients’ Online Banking Systems by collaborating with internal teams and utilizing custom built tools. Inquiries requiring more significant research or that are deemed urgent in nature will be escalated to the appropriate resource as needed. Work is performed in a high-paced environment where opportunities abound to interact with many, and varied, internet-based products.

What you’ll do…

  • Research escalated support inquiries, including issue resolution and supporting evidence
  • Implement documented features to the desired specs of the client
  • Implement and research security solutions across multiple tools; RSA, SQL, Internal tools
  • Ensure the final resolution of the case and communicate to internal teams the resolution of the case based on service level standards.
  • Test implementation practices for new enhancements, bug fixes and problems
  • Create deployment files for enterprise wide deployment including utility configuration
  • Deploy configuration during evening upgrade event using internal tools; scheme utility
  • Review conversion configuration settings prior to a launch event
  • Support all facets of the product mix being implemented for the new client (iBanking, iMobile, eOpen, RSA)
  • Log all appropriate information into support systems
  • Provide refined best practice documentation to support our customers as needed

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Business or equivalent
  • One year operations / technical experience in banking, finance, or insurance industry preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experienced with SQL, HTML and Javascript
  • Passion for learning and working with many varied products and technologies
  • Ability to demonstrate or explain concepts, procedures, and tasks to others
  • Ability to analyze information and formulate conclusions and recommendations
  • Exposure to banking procedures highly desirable
