What we need…
 

The Implementation Specialist will provide primary support for COCC’s iBanking conversion/implementation efforts. The candidate will be responsible for testing and evaluating software applications, as well as execute customer implementations.

What you’ll do…

  • Perform client conversions\implementations for the digital banking channel
  • Work with product vendors and internal teams to implement client solutions
  • Develop project planning materials and procedures for new implementations
  • Track and manage project related materials including project plans and meeting minutes
  • Design, update and execute test plans
  • Record and document results and compare to expected results
  • Provide a positive customer service experience for all COCC clients
  • Provide support to both internal customers and partner vendors for selected platforms and their integration into other COCC systems
  • Interview client regarding existing product usage and functionality
  • Collect client data as required for product set-up and system functionality
  • Assist with advance problem resolutions
  • Maintain a strict adherence to Change Control policy and other procedures related to system assurance
  • Other miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned

What you’ll bring…

  • Associate’s degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two years in banking or financial services, preferably in a technical or operational capacity
  • Understanding of relational databases a plus
  • EFT, ATM\Debit Card, Internet Banking\Mobile Technology, a plus
  • Quality Assurance experience a plus
  • COCC INSIGHT or DNA CORE experience a plus
  • Effective written and oral communication abilities
  • Ability to analyze information, formulate conclusions, and provide recommendations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to think critically
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new technology
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
