The role of the Marketplace Onboarding Specialist is to provide Scout and appropriate stakeholders with exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process.
The Marketplace Onboarding Specialist’s responsibilities include:
Conduct all aspects of vendor onboarding, including timelines and documentation
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters related to onboarding
Communicate with cross-functional teams (including sales and customer experience) to ensure onboarding quality is maintained
Develop and follow the standard process and best practices to bring vendors onboard within a stipulated timeframe
Coordinate and deliver end-user training to vendors, which may include technical personnel and administrative staff in addition to recruiters
Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the vendor
Manage vendor inquiries via ZenDeck and escalate trending topics for manager review
Review Tableau reports as assigned for onboarding
Able to communicate technical information in simple terms
Able to multitask and prioritize among competing tasks, manage time effectively and adhere to deadlines
Highly organized and collaborative while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Exceptional at communicating with both internal and external parties
Able to work independently
